About This Performance

The St. Lawrence Quartet’s annual visits from the West Coast–where they are Stanford University’s Quartet-in-Residence– have become increasingly anticipated in recent seasons. The New Yorker’s Alex Ross hails the group as “remarkable not simply for the quality of their music making, exalted as it is, but for the joy they take in the act of connection.”
