About This Performance

Among the brightest stars in the galaxy of great pianists, Beatrice Rana brings her “commanding, innate musicality” (Los Angeles Times) to the Perelman Theater for her PCMS debut. Winner of several prestigious competitions and a critically acclaimed recording artist, the Italian pianist is known also as a “compelling story teller” (The Guardian) whose playing has “all the virtuosic flair you’d expect, but never for its own sake” (New York Times).
