With the announcement of our 2011-12 schedule earlier this month, I’m happy to say that subscription season is in full swing. In addition to the usual benefits — preferred seating, reduced prices, etc. — we have an extra special offer this year for early subscribers.

Recently I was chatting with friends in New York, and they told me that when they subscribe to an upcoming season at Carnegie Hall, if they do so by a certain date they get a free pair of tickets to a concert this current  season. I mentioned that to our box office gurus Bradford and Brian, and they liked that idea (and so do I) — thus any patron who subscribes to the 11-12 Season between now and April 15th will get a complimentary ticket (one per subscription) to any of our remaining concerts this season (note that the Bolcom and Morris concert is exempt from this deal).
