Community Group Tickets

Members of the Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. pose for a group photo outside the Perelman Theater after attending a PCMS concert in October 2022.

In addition to our Full Season, Student, and Young Friends Passes, PCMS offers discounted tickets to community and student groups, ensuring that everyone can come experience the beauty of chamber music in our concert halls.

To discuss a group ticket arrangement, please contact Chelsea Steinberg, Director of Education & Community Collaborations, at csteinberg@pcmsconcerts.org or 215-569-8587, or Emily Stewart, Assistant Box Office Manager, at estewart@pcmsconcerts.org or 215-569-8080.

We have a few tried and true ways to organize group ticket orders easily. These include:

Group Block – PCMS sets aside a block of tickets for your group. The group leader makes one purchase to our box office with all collected funds. The group leader then receives the block of printed tickets to distribute to group members.

Individual Purchases – PCMS creates a unique promo code for members of your group to individually purchase discounted tickets from our website. Tickets are mailed from our box office to the individual purchasers, or held at will call.

Fundraiser for an Organization – PCMS can set aside a block of tickets for your group. The group leader sells the PCMS tickets at the full ticket value to group members. The group leader makes one purchase to our box office, at which time PCMS discounts the block price. The group keeps the remaining collected funds.

Livestream screening – Host a concert screening at your community space or school. All PCMS concerts presented at the American Philosophical Society are livestreamed on our YouTube channel and website with a pay-what-you-wish donation. The livestreams are available for viewing 72 hours after a concert. We can also provide you a link to a previous livestream, at any time. For more information, visit the Livestreams page or contact Chelsea or Emily for assistance. (Also, we’d love to see a photo of the group watching the screening!)
