About This Performance

Continuing the lineage of their esteemed mentors the Cleveland, Juilliard, and Pacifica Quartets, the Verona Quartet has enjoyed a rapid rise to international prominence, fueled by top prizes at the Wigmore Hall, Melbourne, and Osaka competitions. For their PCMS debut, the quartet teams up with Steven Banks, a composer and classical saxophonist with “the potential to be one of the transformational musicians of the twenty-first century” (Seen and Heard International).
