Ida Levin, violin

Hailed for her "affecting intensity" by The New York TimesIda Levin began her violin studies at the age of three, making her professional debut with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at ten. Since her Carnegie Hall debut as soloist with the American Symphony Orchestra, she has made solo appearances with the New York String Orchestra under Alexander Schneider at both Carnegie Hall and Washington's Kennedy Center, with the orchestras of St. Louis, Utah and Los Angeles and with the Edinburgh Chamber Orchestra, among many others.
