About This Performance

“The range of von Otter’s musical interests… is remarkable, and she brings to it all a combination of probing intelligence and lushly gleaming vocalism,” raved the San Francisco Chronicle of Von Otter’s early music CD Music for a While. Making her PCMS debut, the Swedish mezzo-soprano offers an evening of Baroque song with two of her close musical partners.
