The Borromeo Quartet’s longstanding residency at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum has been called “one of the defining experiences of civilization in Boston” (Boston Globe). Now the ensemble–known for its high technical polish, refined tone and searching musical insight–travels down I-95 with the equally celebrated Kim Kashkashian to perform a pair of canonical works in intimate Benjamin Franklin Hall.
