About This Performance

Harp virtuoso Bridget Kibbey returns to PCMS with the New York-based Calidore Quartet, an ensemble lauded for its “meticulously detailed performances” (BBC Music Magazine). Their program features masterworks from the French Belle Époque, including music by Debussy and Fauré and a haunting musical rendition of Edgar Allan Poe’s macabre tale The Mask of the Red Death by Caplet.
