Venezuelan pianist Gabriela Martinez has a reputation for the lyricism of her playing, her compelling interpretations, and her elegant stage presence. Alicia Hall Moran, mezzo-soprano, is a multi-dimensional artist performing and composing between the genres of Opera, Art, Theater, and Jazz. Ms. Moran made her Broadway debut in the Tony-winning revival The Gershwins` Porgy and Bess, starring as Bess on the celebrated 20-city American tour. "Moran finds the truth of the character in her magnificent voice," Los Angeles Times.

On March 13, we began the Arts on the Mind Festival at The Franklin Institute with an interactive multimedia event. Hosted by Chief Bioscientist Dr. Jayatri Das, the evening included a conversation with physician-scientist Jason Karlawish of the Penn Memory Center and creative care expert Anne Bastings as well as a performance by cellist Zachary Mowitz.
