About This Performance

This trio of PCMS favorites—“heart-stopping” violinist Hye-Jin Kim (The Strad ), former Johannes Quartet cellist Peter Stumpf, and distinguished pianist Cynthia Raim—return for an all-Mendelssohn program. The evening opens with the restless Cello Sonata in B-flat Major, followed by the concerto-like Violin Sonata in F Major and the heartfelt Piano Trio in C Minor.
