Comprising 18 of the nation’s top Black and Latinx classical soloists, the Sphinx Virtuosi present a program inspired by present day events and the vibrant gifts of the past that we cherish today. Sharing in the poignant division among our communities while seeking the light and hope that come from empathy, listening, remembrance, and visioning, the Virtuosi strive to bring joy, discovery, and hope to audiences through this program of music by generations of Black and Latinx composers.
