Peter Serkin Recital to Proceed

By jacob on January 22, 2014.

Dear PCMS Patrons,

A quick note to let everyone know that tonight’s recital with Peter Serkin at the Perelman Theater will go on as scheduled. We realize that many of our patrons will be coming from the suburbs where roads have not been plowed and travel conditions are far less desirable than here in Center City–Thus as a result if at any point today you decide you simply can’t make the trek to the Kimmel Center, we would like to offer the opportunity to exchange your Serkin tickets for any other PCMS concert this season that is not sold-out.

Typically we have a policy that we must hear by 1pm on the day of a concert if you are unable to attend one of our performances — in light of the weather conditions we shall waive this rule and you can let us know via email (boxoffice@pcmsconcerts.org) or phone 215.569.8080 at any time today or tomorrow.

There is only one caveat for those patrons who decide to exchange their tickets–If you purchased tonight’s recital via our $10 Day Sale you will be required to pay the difference (unless of course you exchange into another $10 Day concert / Note: the two remaining events from $10 day that are not sold out = Lydia Artymiw on February 27th and Musicians from Marlboro II on April 15th).

We hope to see you tonight,

Miles
