Anna Moulika Hitchens will bring her hand-crafted Cambodian desserts to 427 Chestnut Street.  Under the name Koliyan Philly, she has reawakened her upbringing and her forgotten lessons in the family mahope a-ha recipes, which she realized were missing since the days she spent in her grandmother’s kitchen.
