About This Performance

With their PCMS debut program, Echoes of Faith, violinist Kobi Malkin and pianist Renana Gutman explore themes of reflection, devotion, and the quiet persistence of hope. The evening opens with Arvo Pärt’s Fratres, with its essential, hymnlike theme, before leading us on an emotional musical journey encompassing beloved sonatas, arrangements of traditional Hebrew melodies, and more.
