About This Performance
A unique collaboration between young, exceptional instrumentalists, singers, and a historically-informed Bach specialist, the Gamut Bach Ensemble prides itself on stylistically sensitive, earnest, and insightful Bach performances. Having impressed both our chamber music and early music audiences in each of the last four seasons, the Ensemble, directed by Koji Otsuki, embarks on a program that includes one of the most beloved Bach cantatas in Actus tragicus, featuring local outstanding period instrumentalists in the luminous Church of the Holy Trinity.
