About This Performance

This concert is supported by Elaine Kligerman, with additional support from Marsha Gray and the Adele and John Gray Fund in honor of Gideon Paz.

Hailed for his “heartfelt, communicative artistry” (Classics Today), Shai Wosner connects Beethoven with newly commissioned works in a recital of variations written 200 years apart. Exploring themes of transformation, this recital is “a showcase for Wosner’s variety of touch at the keyboard, and for the different musical worlds he creates” (NPR).
